Poisons notable poisons include banes deadly to Pattern, Logrus or Broken Pattern initiates. Pattern and Broken Pattern banes work pretty good on their opposite numbers. Antimorphia prevents shapeshifting. There are also antidotes to the banes. All kinds of other poisons are used too, plus hallucinogens and soporifics. Someone recently used Sarin on Kadim. Niccolo is the family's best toxicologist but sometimes you need someone to shapeshift the stuff out of you.
