The greatest of the Nazgul, the Witch King rules Angmar as a front for Sauron. His current task is the complete destruction of the Dunedain kingdom of Arnor. He has destroyed one third (Rhudaur), almost destroyed another (Cardolan), and is concentrating now on the last (Arthedain).
