Delwin and Sandrine are the son and daughter of Lora and Oberon, born (in wedlock) during Oberon's marriage to Rilga.

Oberon encouraged a strong dislike between Rilga's sons (Caine, Julian and Gerard) and Lora's children.

Delwin and Sandrine hadn't been seen in Amber for centuries.

Delwin was found near Thera by Mykal, Andre and Jade (with Brand's help glitching the defenses) when they infiltrated the Black Watch fortress mountain to rescue their cousin. Both had been reduced to brains and eyeballs in crystal life support devices. Delwin had been there for over a century. The rescuers took them and some Wasp Girls, the med techs in charge of the sphered captives, semihumanoids with insectoid wings, away with them.

In Amber Delwin developed elemental-operated walkers for him and Thera and made nice with the family.

Dworkin, at Queen Vialle's request, added about ten pounds of flesh to both Delwin and Thera and accelerated their regeneration.

Brand gave them complete bodies fashioned from Chaosite flesh. See Brand.

Delwin and Julian are getting along well enough without Oberon around to stir things up. Delwin is helping out as a proper Prince should.

He's a nascent shapeshifter since Dworkin's alterations and is cautionsly exploring the possibilities.

He and Thera are working hard to regain their former level of combat expertise; their new flesh lacks the old hard-wired responses.

Delwin has not offered any information about Sandrine, Lora or their homeland, save that Sandrine was alive a century ago.
