Describe Svanhild here.

Svanhild and Vindalf are the children of a Weir noblewoman and a human Amber royal guardsman. Weir noblewomen are not supposed to screw around, let alone marry and have kids, outside of the clans. Neither she or her husband could be killed without pissing off the royal guard, and Weir are on thin ice in Amber anyway.

Both parents did die in battle during the troubles. Svanhild and Vindalf fell into poverty. They were living by their wits and their shapeshifting ability, too Weir for most Amber folk and living insults to the Weir, when Andre's bodyguard ((Gaston)) offered them jobs.

Svanhild and Vindalf are in their late teens, tall, fit, good-looking, fully in control of their lycanthropy, eager to please and to do well. They encountered a Glamour power site while with Andre and were drawn in. Both endured a lot of magical and mundane prodding and poking from Fiona and her assistants as a result. Both were studying hard: etiquette, fighting, bodyguarding, Glamour.

Vindalf disappeared during one of the Traveller's swipes at Andre.
